We use industry-standard real estate software to manage records, communications and workflows.

While these systems may include automated alerts or task triggers, we do not use fully automated decision-making for tenancy applications or property transactions.

All final decisions are reviewed and made by a human staff member.

6. Disclosure of personal information

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate our business, including to:

  • technology and CRM providers
  • advertising and marketing platforms
  • conveyancers, settlement agents, inspectors, contractors and tradespeople
  • insurers, financial institutions or regulatory authorities where required by law

We do not sell personal information.

7. Data storage and overseas disclosures

Personal information may be stored electronically or in hard copy form.

We use cloud-based systems to store and manage information. Data is held securely in Australia and may also be stored in other jurisdictions used by our technology service providers, subject to appropriate security safeguards.
